Connie Cwik, Managing Partner
Connie came from Accenture LLP, where she was the Global Client Relationship Director for General Motors. Prior to Accenture she was with Microsoft Corporation where she held the position of VP of Sales for the General Motors Account. In both roles she had global sales and relationship responsibility for all of General Motors, their affiliates and subsidiaries globally. Prior to this, she held several other positions within Microsoft where she was able to utilize her business acumen and ability to work with C-level executives. She has also had account management responsibility for large enterprise fortune 500 customers.
Connie has more than 20 years of building relationships with clients, building and developing teams and coaching business associates. Early in her career, she owned her own business for 10 years in North Carolina as a consultant and public speaker. Connie has a passion for building, growing and developing teams and individuals. Connie resides in North Carolina and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys sports, reading and working around her house.
